Join a group of cross-sector experts to re-imagine healthcare and what we need to develop the best health and health care system in the world. Come away with new thinking and ways forward.

Just Imagine If… will consist of an evening of conversation with an interactive panel of experts, followed by an all-day workshop. Many of these experts will continue to work with us to explore the future together. For the full list of contributors, please see below.

Using imagination and creative thinking to work together to understand the system and create new futures and radical change. Drawing on the latest thinking to create the possibilities.

Develop greater capability as changemakers and leaders to go back into the system and make impactful change. New ideas, ways forward and prototypes, and what is needed to take them to the next stage.

What Is Included

For the majority of our courses, both residential and non-residential rates are available. Residential options are fully inclusive with all meals provided. Non-residential options include suppers, lunches and all refreshments and exclude B&B. Some of our short day courses, events and talks do not include meals and refreshments. For Individuals and Teams
Just Imagine if is designed to inspire and strengthen individuals and teams with new thinking and ways forward so you can make impactful change. It is for everyone who is interested in accelerating towards better outcomes.

Working Across Structural Boundaries
Just Imagine if every individual and community is as healthy as can be. We will focus on your challenges and place based health – how do we provide seamless healthcare from minor to acute, emergency, long term illness and mental health? How do we work across structural boundaries? What could ‘best’ look like?

The Process
Just Imagine if draws on the latest knowledge of systems change, behaviours, learning and imagination to accelerate towards a better future. Conversations will cut across boundaries and explore what could be different, the future and how we might get there. And the concrete action and ways forward to make this a reality.

The Thursday evening will consist of dinner, followed by panel discussion. Friday will consist of an all-day workshop exploring and re-imagining possibilities. This will be Facilitated by Sarah Cowley, Master Systemic Team Coach.
