More about Deep Ecology: Lughnasadh

In this series of workshops, aligned with the four Celtic fire festivals, we will explore the symbiotic processes operating within the local environment. We will consider the living and non-living components of the ecosystem and the flow of energy within and between them. We will acknowledge the cyclic nature of life and the phase of growth represented by each festival. Using a range of practices, including solo time in nature, we will seek to connect with the energy of the season. Exploring how the seasonal cycle reflects our own journey and enables us to move forwards inspired and replenished.

In this third workshop, we will seek to align ourselves with the energy of Lughnasadh and consider what it is that we are harvesting both individually and collectively. Using the power of co-created ritual we will strengthen and affirm our commitment to personal growth and planetary wellbeing.

Participants can attend one or more of the four workshops, each is self-contained and reflects the unique qualities of the season.
